What is meditation? I believe it is a journey into your true self. It is a bringing of your attention inwards and allowing your mind to settle into the stillness. It is a withdrawing of your attention from everyday life into you inner self enabling you to become aware of your higher purpose in life. It helps reduce stress, blood pressure and brings a sense of inner peace and joy. Meditation is called a practise because it improves with practice. The day will involve various guided meditations and visualization. I believe there are many forms of meditation in everyday life for example someone fishing by a peaceful lake.

If you have attended one previously you will know you will astound yourself with what we, that's you and I will get you achieving, If you haven't attend before come and surprise yourself with what you can do with my help.
